Kyla Featherstone is a Toronto-based choreographer and teacher. Having grown up in Ottawa, Kyla has had the opportunity to dance with and choreograph for well-known Ottawa Drag Queen, “Devona Coe”. This has allowed her work to be showcased on stages such as the NAC (National Arts Centre) in Ottawa, as well as many Pride events.
Kyla is experienced in choreographing and teaching a variety of styles including contemporary, jazz, tap, hip hop, and lyrical. She has choreographed for the University of Ottawa’s Varsity Dance Team, as well as many competitive and recreational studios in the Ottawa and Toronto areas. She has also entered choreography competitions such as Breaking Boundaries Movement, in which she won the award “Limitless Artistry” for her small group and duet, and has received “Regional Choreographer of the Year” at Canadian Dance Awards. She is currently training under Mitchell Jackson, Linda Garneau, Derick Robinson, and more at Intrepid Dance Company in Markham, Ontario. Kyla looks forward to continuing to share her passion and love of dance with the next generation.
Noy is a GTA based dance artist who graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly known as Ryerson University), with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Performance Dance.
Being in the field for over 12 years, he has showcased in many productions and performances at theaters across Toronto. Noy has danced for Toronto International Ballet Theatre (TIBT) since 2016 in their annual shows presented at Meridian Hall (formerly Sony Centre). As part of TIBT, he has been featured in various roles during the years of 2016-2022. He has had the opportunity to collaborate with artists such as Angela Blumberg, Robert Glumbek, Dylan Crossman, Andrea Nann, Emilio Colalillo, Ryan Lee, William Yong, Alyssa Martin, and Natasha Poon Woo. Noy has also been invited on as a guest soloist dancer on numerous occasions with the Victoria Ballet Company in Toronto.
Noy currently teaches ballet, contemporary, jazz, and creates choreographic works for studios across the GTA region. He strives to implement his intense and diverse ballet and contemporary training with his teaching and creations.
